1976, Moscow

In 1998 graduated from the Professional Lyceum of Arts and Crafts № 332 named after Carl Faberge, and in 2000 from the Stroganov Moscow State University of Arts and Industry. In 2002 graduated from the Institute of Contemporary Art.

In 2006 and 2013 Rostan was in the short list of the “Innovation” award. His works are in the State Tretyakov Gallery, Moscow Multimedia Art Museum, the National Center for Contemporary Art (Moscow), the Moscow Museum of Modern Art, the Museum ART4 (Moscow), the Tomsk Regional Art Museum (Tomsk), the ERA Foundation Moscow of E. Berezkina, the Ekaterina Foundation (Moscow).
